What is SuperConnection?
I describe this work as a combination of a reading, a healing and lots of releasing of old, stuck energy.
What is released is replaced with love-based energies.
SuperConnection is a fast, simple, effective way of working with energy (using a pendulum and specific charts) to promote well-being on every level of your Being.
I work with you and use specially designed charts to find energetic blocks that may be preventing your from moving forward and will offer you guidance and help empower you to create change. A session will give you insight as to what is blocking you. The release work is done on the spot and replaced with love based energies.
How does it work? And is it real?
Before a session begins I ask for your highest and best healing path to be revealed and guided by Source. By linking into the Divine Aspect of you and me, the work takes place in the subtle realms, energetic blocks are transmuted and healing can begin.
Using sixty different charts and a pendulum to dowse with, your Super Conscious Mind is linked to Source
and from there, we are directed where to start and how to proceed during the session.
I have seen really amazing things with this work, changes in health, body and mind. Physical healing.
I am here to guide you towards greater awareness and remind you about the true nature of reality.
That is, we are spiritual beings having an experience in the physical realms,
not a physical being trying to reach out for our divinity!
Once you have committed to a consultation, you will already be sending signals to the Universe that you are open for change.
SuperConnection 2 (the level I am currently trained in and offering)
focuses on mental, emotional and psychological aspects of self; belief structures, interaction with Universal Laws; how to remove blocks and create good in your life now.

Sessions:
A session last for an hour.
They are offered in person, over the phone, via Skype or Zoom.
I encourage you to take notes or record the session.
How many sessions are recommended?
Each person is unique and what comes up for you will be tailored to you as an individual. You have the privilege of deciding if you would like to come again for another session. This empowers you to be in the driver's seat and to take charge of your own life, with me or another practitioner as a facilitator to help you along your path.
Are packages offered?
Yes, a package of 3 or 6 is available at this time if you would like support with something that may require
more than one session. You may chose from a SuperConnection session, an Emotional Freedom Technique session and/or an Unlimited Body session. You can mix and match these sessions and Anastasia is happy to discuss a plan with you before or after your first session to match your needs.

How does a Session work? What is the flow? And what can I expect?
1. I start the session by opening with several statements of intention for our time together.
2. I will ask a series of questions throughout the session and with the use of a pendulum and
charts I will dowse as to where to start.
3. First I ask if the issue is emotional, physical, mental or spiritual.
4. Once I have an answer there, I then move to the Master Charts and will
receive information on where to start. The master chart has 55 categories.
We may need to start with one area or we may be directed to focus on more
than one chart.
5. So, we move on to the next chart. That chart may lead to another and another chart.
Some charts don't take much time to work through with questions, while others are
more intricate. Once all the information is gathered about where the energy is stuck,
6. then we move to the "meat" of the work so to speak. The meat I am referring to
starts with the Fear-Based Energy Charts (2). I will dowse to see what has been stored
and what needs releasing.
Once that is complete, then next step is to Move onto
7. The Love Based Energies Charts (2). We ask what love based energies are needed to
release the fear based ones. Those are downloaded. I ask what percentage was downloaded
and we move onto the next area that the Master Charts indicate.
8. We end with a Balancing Chart. This specifically points out any areas that need to be
upgraded, downloaded, balanced, activated or optimised for your Highest Good. During this
process, we may need to do some more research and/or go back to the Fear and Love
Based Charts.
9. Lastly we say: "Please Reboot Soul System for ......(client's name).
And the session is over.
You may have questions, so I leave some time before the session is over to address
any questions.
Other Important Things to Know About A Session
You don't have to share what you are hoping to get out of the session or your current issue.
It's completely fine to do so, but not necessary.
And since we are linking into Divine Mind, the session is totally guided for you and your Highest Good.
Someone may have a physical concern that is highest on their priority list, but the session may start
somewhere else, releasing what needs to be released, before we can move on to the next area
that needs releasing. It doesn't mean that if we don't directly address the physical topic, that you
won't feel a shift there. Releasing the first topic impacts and lightens all aspects of our lives. This is simply
to state that in working with the Master Chart, I am guided as to where to begin and guided each step of
the way. It is important to share this and have it in the open, so that clients aren't disappointed if the
session doesn't directly address their core concern. Please know, your Higher Self knows what is best for you,
as does Source or Divine Mind and they are working together to bring you to the place of healing, relief, ease
and freedom as quickly as possible.
I do advise people not to get hung up or attached to the fear based words or even the love
based words. Also it is not helpful to get to fixated on the stories that were uncovered in the
session. For example, we may discover that when you were a child you had an accident or
someone or some situation hurt you in some way and you blocked it out for your protection
(which is a normal and common human response). The work is about seeking out where the
block is, releasing it (which is working on subtle energy levels, so you may or may not
feel anything at first or at all) and moving on with things and your life.
If we re-hash and regurgitate the material over and over again, we are still holding on to
it. SuperConnection asks for a level of Trust on the client's part that the work is done
on the Highest Level of Healing from Divine Mind (Source energy)
and that it doesn't need to be re-hashed. You may still talk about your experiences
but please understand that Living in the Present moment is the Most Powerful place to
work from and live.
