This is a four week class (for women only) designed to support you on your journey towards
achieving any goal or goals. We will create a safe space to express our deepest desires and
begin steps towards moving towards the life we truly want.
A safe, sacred space will be provided:
· For a small group of women
· To open up, share, dream, feel vulnerable, experience joy
· And to focus on any goal or desire that speaks to your soul (health, money, relationships,
career, deeper peace/happiness, etc.)
You will experience yourself through meditation, journaling, sharing, dance,
artistic expression, etc.
