I, Anastasia Papanikolaou, began One Cosmic Heart twenty three years ago offering a couple of healing modalities. Today my practice has grown to include a handful of different techniques to help Women release and heal emotional and physical issues.
I am keenly aware and attuned to women's emotional states of being and have a strong desire for all women to feel free, truly content and for them to feel confident to achieve whatever it is they truly desire. In order to do this, we have to remove or lift the blocks that hinder us. And the first step is Awareness. It is my deepest honor to support WOMEN on their journey.
I also have a great love and passion for TEACHING and offering Classes for both Men and Women who are interested in new, inspiring, fun ways of living and looking at life.
In 2013, I began studying herbalism. It feels like a natural fit given my love of plants, nature and the natural world. I am eager to share with you my creations of gem essences, flower essences, herbal remedies and healthy and delicious recipes.
